Madison Adult Career Center (MACC)
is proud to be one of the leading adult technical training centers in our area. We have been serving adult learners and employers for 40 years!
Accredited
– MACC is accredited by the Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges (ACCSC); National Institute for Metalworking Skills Inc.; and the National Automotive Technicians Education Foundation. MACC is a member of the University System of Ohio. We are an approved provider of postsecondary education by the Ohio Department of Higher Education; Ohio State Board of Cosmetology; Ohio Department of Health; American Medical Technologists; Ohio State Dental Board provider of continuing education; and American Welding Society Schools Excelling through National Skills Education. MACC is an Authorized Microsoft Testing Center and Licensed WorkKeys Service Center
Variety
- You will find a wide variety of programs including eleven Career Development Programs; numerous Career/Personal Enrichment (short-term) courses; and Customized Training Services for employers.
Employer Connected
– MACC plays an integral role in linking business/industry, agencies within our community and students. Our goal is to meet community training needs in a student-centered environment and to place skilled graduates in the workforce. We also provide employers with Customized Training Services on-site or at MACC.

- We provide quality, hands-on, technical training combined with student support services to help our students gain skills that match their career goals and employers’ needs. Our students benefit from industry current lab facilities and the expertise provided by our experienced, certified instructors.
Student Success
– MACC helps adults in various employment stages gain skills and certification! We assist young adults preparing for their first career; experienced adults transitioning to a new profession; anyone wanting to learn new skills to make themselves more employable.
Career Development students can achieve an industry recognized and certification/licensure! Graduates can receive college credit if they decide to continue their education.
