Substitute Drivers Needed

Must have high school diploma or equivalent
Must hold or be able to obtain a CDL Class B passenger license
CDL training classes available

FinalForms Transportation

New Student Request

Eligibility for transportation is based on the home address of each child. Please fill out the Transportation Information form through your Final Forms account. It may take up to 5 days to be scheduled and you will be notified by the secretary of the time and stop when completed.

Grade 1-12 Annual Request

We ask that we receive a request for transportation annually by June 30^th each year so that our bus routes can be made more efficient, and routes can by studied and worked on throughout the summer months. We will send a postcard with bus stop information by the end of July. Please complete the Transportation Information form through your Final Forms account.
