Per board policy any item which sells for more than $10,000, will need final approval by the Board before it can be purchased. All other items are allowed to be handled by the Superintendent or his designee.
All sales are final and payment must be made in cash or certified check to the Treasurer within 3 business days from the end of the auction, unless otherwise specified in the listing. All Items must be picked up within 5 business days of the end of the auction, and a receipt of payment from the treasurer must be shown at the time of pick up.
