Kindergarten Registration for the 2024-2025 school year will take place April 2-30, 2024.  Your child must be five (5) years old on or before August 1, 2024, to enroll for the 2024-2025 school year. Please follow the instructions below to register your child:

 

1.  Complete Online Registration using FinalForms. Please make sure you select the 2024-2025 school year in FinalForms when registering your child

2.  Once all online forms are completed, please drop off the required documents below with the elementary school in which you reside between 9 am -3 pm Monday-Friday.  Please note the district is closed on April 8, 2024.

Please bring the following documents to your appointment:

•    Student Birth Certificate

•    Parent/Guardian Driver’s License

•    Custody Papers (if applicable), MUST be date stamped and signed by the court

•    Parent/Guardian Proof of Residency (see Final Forms for approved list)

•    Immunization Records

Required immunizations for school attendance are:

•    Four doses of DPT (5 doses if 4 were given before 4th birthday)

•    Three or more doses of Polio with the final dose after 4th birthday

•    Three doses of Hepatitis B

•    2 MMR’s

•    2 Varivax (Chicken Pox) or history of having the disease
