PaySchools Central

PaySchools Central provides all parents in our district with an easy way to pay for student fees and lunch accounts all in one place. This can all be done in the convenience of your own home through an easy-to-use online portal.  For your student(s) lunch needs, you can set up notifications to know when your student(s) account is getting low and needs funds.  You can also set up for your student to receive funds automatically.  If you have any questions about PaySchools please contact Kim Pfleiderer at 419-589-1116.

If you were previously registered with Pay for It, use the same username and password.

Free and Reduced Lunches

Children need healthy meals to learn. The Madison Local School District offers healthy meals each school day. Even though during the 2021-2022 school year USDA is offering FREE Breakfast and Lunch to all students, in order to receive any FEES WAIVED, you will need to qualify by filling out the Free & Reduced application form.  The Free & Reduced Application can be located on Final Forms when you register your student.  If you have any questions please call Allison Conn at 419-589-2600 EXT 1105, or Kim Pfleiderer at 419-589-1116.

American-grown Foods

The Madison Local School District strives to buy American-grown foods whenever possible. Buying American foods for our school district helps to ensure high-quality meals for our students, and supports our country's agriculture industry. Ninety eight percent of our schools food is raised in the United States, or is from our local agricultural industry. The only foods, currently served at Madison Local Schools that are not raised in the United States, include bananas and mandarin oranges.
