The Operations department is composed of 24 full time and substitute custodians, 3 maintenance employees, 3 seasonal grounds employees and myself as the district's Operations Supervisor.  We not only clean and maintain the six district school buildings and their grounds, but nine support and storage structures as well.  This encompasses everything from daily janitorial duties, to large capital improvement projects.  

~Major Roof Restoration at Madison South (60% of roof) 

~Asphalt and gravel parking lot repairs at the High School Campus

~Repaired Varsity Soccer field lights  

~Installed new Shotput and Discus pad at High School 

~Installed air filtration and A/C in elementary classrooms 

~Moved all MIfflin kindergarten classrooms into main building

~Added several tons of mulch to all district playground surfaces 

~Replaced collapsed floor drain at Ramble Inn

~Rekeyed all High School Classrooms

~Refinished district gym floors

~Replace HS main entrance door and access controls 

~Repair Varsity Tennis Courts

~Sign project at Madison South

~Air conditioning and air filtration in multiple high school classrooms and cafeteria

~Make High School cafeteria a lock down area
