May 5 | - Please let the office know by this date if you do not plan to participate in graduation ceremonies.
- Please help us make your graduation go smoothly by settling all of your obligations on or before this date.
- You will not be permitted to take part in rehearsal or graduation if you have any outstanding fines or obligations.

- Graduation Rehearsal (7:45 AM--Middle School Gymnasium)
DO NOT WEAR YOUR CAP AND GOWN
Any senior not attending rehearsal will have his/her name removed from the regular marching order. At rehearsal, each graduate will receive TBD tickets for use by their guests on the day of graduation. Any student who is under the influence of alcohol, drugs, and/or any other dangerous substance when they report for rehearsal or graduation will not be permitted to participate. Keep in mind that the graduation ceremony is one of great tradition, and we want to make this graduation ceremony an excellent program for you, your family, and your class. |

| Commencement (7:30 PM--Middle School Gymnasium) BUSINESS ATTIRE REQUIRED
You must be present in the Middle School Auxiliary Gymnasium by 6:30 PM in order to maintain your spot in the regular marching order. Make sure that you bring your cap, gown and tassel. You will not be permitted to take part in the ceremony if you put any unapproved markings on them or change them in any way prior to the ceremony. The caps are to be worn straight and flat - not on the back of your head. All students must be dressed appropriately in order to participate in the formal graduation ceremony. |
