 | Health Hero's will once again be offering FREE Tdap and Meningitis vaccines for our current 6th graders and the Meningitis vaccine for our current 11th graders . The vaccine clinic will be held during school on March 26th for any parent who wishes to have their child vaccinated. Forms are available in the office or on the school website. Only students who have a signed form will be vaccinated. These two vaccines are required by the state of Ohio for all incoming 7th graders and incoming 12th graders. |
