Career Based Intervention is a
one-year career-technical program designed to provide an individually guided
setting for credit deficient students entering their second year of high school. It is designed to prepare the student for
possible career-technical training or to return to the regular academic
curriculum. Course content is designed
to meet the needs of the individual student and to enable each to improve
academically, to become more socially responsible, and to become economically
productive.

The grade 12 Career Based
Intervention program is a career-technical education program designed to
provide an individually guided setting for credit deficient students entering
their fourth year of high school. This
course will provide students with knowledge of traits deemed essential in the
world of work. The program is geared to
the students planning to enter the work force immediately following high school
graduation. Students spend time in a
job-related studies course and are released during laboratory time to work in
an area of business or industry for a minimum of three hours per day. They earn graduation credit for the time
spent in the classroom as well as on the job.
