| Eric offers an analytical, consultative approach to performance improvement. He can provide a diagnosis of the root causes of performance problems faced by individuals, teams and work groups, or entire organizations. Because of his wide range of practical experience, he also provides action planning, implementation, and follow-up evaluation in a wide range of disciplines. His approach to performance improvement is refreshingly different from the norm, in that he understands that skills learned are useless to an organization unless applied in the workplace. He provides performance improvement by following training and consulting with on-the-job coaching to assure skill transfer to the workplace.
His specialties include: curriculum development, training delivery, change management, coaching, process reengineering, self-directed work team initiation and development, strategic planning, team facilitation training, team performance measurement consulting, skills-based management system development (including development of job descriptions, skills lists, behavioral interviewing systems, performance review systems, 3600 performance reviews, work instructions, measurement systems, and training programs), and customer & employee survey development and administration. His certifications and training include: Sprint Triple C instructor and consultant certification; Friesen-Kaye Curriculum Development, Zigon Team Measurement; Expert OJT Job Aid Development, and National Training Laboratories Organizational Development.
